Thanks to those who shared today – much appreciated. We have amazing community-based knowledge making practices in our classrooms much of which is unacknowledged in our incredibly inefficient educational institutions. For a practical example of the wealth our students and community members possess, visit our ‘Knowledge Commons’ site by clicking on my name – Timothy Pyrch.

Thanks for this opportunity. I joined the call late, but would like to learn more about the service needs survey of hundreds of first nations and other individuals in the community from what I remember. It was discussed under Policy Development or Capacity Building elements of the agenda. I am interested because I would like to know how I could be of assistance to analyzing or what have you based on this data despite being an external stakeholder. This is more for the opportunity to contribute and my familiarity with community services needs assessment and implementation process issues.
